Studio Guest Policy:

​

One Guest Limit: Clients are permitted to bring only one guest to accompany them during their photography session

​

Children: Children are generally not permitted in the studio unless they are the subject of the photography session.

​

Advance Notice: Clients are advised to inform the studio in advance if they anticipate the need for more than one guest, and approval will be granted based on studio availability and specific circumstances. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, and clients are encouraged to discuss any special circumstances with the photographer in advance before scheduled session time.

 

Editing Services 

​

Basic Editing: A fee of $30 per additional photo is applicable for basic editing, which includes skin smoothing and background retouching

​

Creative Retouching: A fee of $60 per photo retouching, including basic editing, creative effects, and body modification

​

Deposit:

​

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival at the studio. We accept payment in Cash, via Apple Pay, Zelle, or Cash App.

​

Ideas & Concepts: 

 

The photographer exclusively utilizes their original digital photo compositions. Please refrain from submitting or providing images taken by other artist. Approach with a creative concept and an open mindset, and the photographer will craft a one-of-a-kind custom photography experience tailored to your vision.

​

Turnaround Time:

​

● Clients will receive raw image proofs within 48 hours of their photoshoot. Please note

that all images are initially watermarked (to remove watermarks, a $75 gallery upgrade is available).

​

● The final image turnaround time is within 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) following the selection and purchase of edited photos from the watermarked gallery. The countdown begins once edits are chosen, payment is made by the client, and notification is sent to the photographer via email. This also includes choosing any additional photos from the gallery. When extra photos are selected, the processing time begins again.

● We recommend booking your session at least 3-4 weeks prior to the date you intend to share your photos with family and friends, such as a birthday or special event. Please be aware that Capture Studios cannot finalize photos without the selection of final photos and payment of the remaining balance.

Rush Fee (optional):

Rush services are available at an additional cost:

● $100 for a single photo with a 48-hour rush

​

Photo Galleries Rush Fee:

​

● $100 for 7 days

● $120 for 5 days

● $150 for 3 days

● $200 for 48 hours

Late Policy:

​

•  Photoshoots commence at the agreed-upon time. A fee of $50 will be added to the final invoice if a client arrives more than 15 minutes late. Late arrival results in a shorter session duration. If the client wishes to extend the session to the originally scheduled time (subject to photographer availability), an additional fee of $50 per 30 min along with any late fees, will apply. If no extra time is requested, the photoshoot session will conclude at the scheduled appointment time.

• The studio will be available for use five minutes prior to the scheduled session time. The time spent on dressing and touch-ups is included in the session duration.

Rescheduling:

​

● Clients are granted one rescheduled session for a fee of $50. The photographer must be informed of the need to reschedule at least 24 hours before the session. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling fees when rebooking on the same day as the original session. Additionally, for reschedules 2 and 3:

● 2nd Reschedule: Full payment is required to secure the next available date without forfeiting the deposit (due at the time of cancellation/rebooking).

● 3rd (or more) Reschedule: In addition to the rules for reschedule 2, a $150 fee per cancellation is required to reschedule. This fee is due at the time of rescheduling.

 

● VIP Members receive one complimentary reschedule 24 hours prior to the shoot time,

available only within 30 days of the original booking date.

Refund Policy:

​

● In cases of equipment failure, inclement weather, or other unforeseen incidents preventing the photographer from shooting on a scheduled date, a new date will be scheduled, or the client will receive a refund of the deposit if applicable.

● No refunds will be given under any circumstances if the client fails to attend the session at the scheduled date and time.

 

● Due to the nature of digital photography, with photographs unable to be returned once

sent, Capture Photography Studios maintains a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a

transaction is completed, it is considered non-refundable. Refunds will only be

considered if an incorrect photo is sent to the client. If a mistaken photo is sent, Capture

Photography Studios will provide the correct photo to the client at no additional cost.

Preparation for Your Session

​

● Ensure you bring any essential items or props needed to complete your photos or finish

your makeup and wardrobe. Please confirm that all undergarments fit your clothing

correctly. Note that garment editing is not included in basic retouching (inquire about

creative editing). Your cooperation assists us in capturing your vision effectively.

Copyright and Usage Rights for Capture Photography Studios LLC:

 

Copyright Ownership:

Capture Photography Studios retains the exclusive copyright for all digital images captured by our professional photographers.

​

Clients are granted the privilege to print the files, but the original copyright remains with Capture Photography Studios.

​

Alterations and Editing:

Any alterations or editing of the images by third parties, other than Capture Photography

Studios and it's professional photographers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of copyright.

​

Print Quality Disclaimer:

Capture Photography Studios is not responsible for the quality of prints, cropping, or coloration when photos are not printed directly through our professional lab.

​

To ensure optimal photo quality, we strongly recommend purchasing photos directly through our studio and lab.

​

Recognition and Usage:

Proper recognition of Capture Studios Photography is appreciated when publishing or using our photos online, including platforms such as Facebook or Instagram.

​

Photos captured by Capture Photography Studios should not be entered into any contest without obtaining prior consent and providing proper credit to Capture Photography.

​

Watermark Protection:

Clients are strictly prohibited from removing watermarks or any other identifying marks placed on the images by Capture Photography Studios .

​

Waiver of Compensation:

By using our services, you waive any right to claim royalty or other forms of compensation regarding the usage of the photos covered by this agreement. This waiver applies to both current and future use of the images.

​

Enforcement:

Capture Photography Studios reserves the right to take legal action to enforce these copyright and usage rights, including seeking damages for any unauthorized use or infringement.

​

Agreement Acknowledgment:

By engaging in our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Copyright and Usage Rights agreement.
